Delicious ‘Quail roast in coconut milk’

It is rare to be found, people who do not like bird meat. If it is quail meat, then no one says to avoid it. Quail birds may be an alternative to chicken, another source of animal protein. Let's know the recipe for quail roast with coconut milk. 

Ingredient: Quail meat half a kilogram (without corium and 4 pieces), coconut milk 1 cups, half cup of onion granule, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, ginger paste 1 tablespoon, cumin powder 1 teaspoon, turmeric powder 1 teaspoon, chili powder half a table spoon, one and a half tablespoons of powdered pepper, 2 bay leafs, 4 cardamoms, cinnamon 2 inch in quantity, 2 pepper, cashew nuts paste 1 tablespoon, salt, half a cup of oil for cooking and 2 tablespoons for other uses.

Method: Firstly, cut the quail meat in pieces mixing up with ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, turmeric, salt, powdered pepper, bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons oil and put it for one hour.

Heat the remaining oil in the pan and fry the onion. Give the mashed quail meat with spices when the onion getting little golden color, keep for a few minutes and do not give any water this time. Cover it after light stirring and allow cooking. When the spice water is to almost dry, let it cook again with half a cup of water.

Stir occasionally. If you see that the water is drying, give half a cup of water again. But do not give too much water at once. Do this three to four times. Now mix well with coconut milk and cashew nuts. Do not let too much water, and do not let to dry also. Check out the salt and get it down. Now serve this delicious recipe with bread, paratha or hot rice.
