As many as 212 Palestinians, including 61 children and 36 women, have been killed in Gaza since the Israeli occupational forces carried out airstrikes in the besieged Gaza Strip from May 10. Some 1,500 Palestinians have been wounded, Al Jazeera reported, citing Gaza’s health authorities.
Meanwhile, hundreds of Palestinian families have fled their homes and taken refuge in UN-run schools in northern Gaza to escape Israeli attacks.
According to the United Nations, Israel continues to carry out “criminal attacks”, as a result, at least 10,000 Palestinians have fled their homes and took refuge in schools, mosques and other places amid the Covid-19 pandemic where there are no sufficient water, food and medical care.
