DSCC Mayor Taposh, wife receive COVID vaccine

DSCC Mayor Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh and his wife Afrin Tapas received Covid-19 vaccine at Nayabazar Metropolitan General Hospital
Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) Mayor Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh and his wife took the Covid-19 vaccine on Sunday.
Tapas and his wife Afrin Tapas received the vaccine at the Nayabazar Metropolitan General Hospital in the capital.
Later, the DSCC Mayor told reporters that he and his wife took the vaccine and by the grace of Allah there was no difficulty and he did not get any pain.
At that time, he urged everyone to complete the registration process and to take the Covid-19 vaccine. "I have requested all before and I would call everyone again to register for and receive this vaccine without fear in time. By taking this vaccine we can be completely coronavirus-free and conquer it," he said.
ABM Amin Ullah Nuri, chief executive officer of Dhaka South City Corporation and his wife Kazi Umme Salma were later vaccinated.
Among others, the Director of Mahanagar General Hospital Dr Prakash Chandra Roy, DSCC Secretary Akramuzzaman, concerned ward councilor, regional executive officers and other senior officials were present at the occasion.
