The Czech Republic coach Jaroslav Silhavy will not attend the Nations League match against Scotland on Wednesday as he tested positive for coronavirus.
“Unfortunately, the team’s head coach, Jaroslav Silhavy, and one player are unable to travel to Scotland as they tested positive for coronavirus,” the statement said.
However, the rest of the team left the country for Scotland. The match is scheduled to take place in Hampden on Wednesday evening.
Silhavy and one player tested positive after returning from the team’s 2-1 win in Israel on Sunday. Both are in quarantine.
Assistant coach Jiri Chytry will lead the squad in Glasgow.
