Couple killed as bus rams motorcycle in Airport

A couple riding a motorcycle was killed when a bus hit them near the Padma Oil Gate in the capital’s Airport area on Monday morning.
The deceased were identified as – Akash Iqbal and his wife Maya Hazarika.
The bus was seized, however, the driver escaped.
Police said a bus of Azmeri Paribahan hit the couple riding a motorcycle near the Padma Oil Gate in the capital’s Airport area in the morning. They died on the spot.
The bodies will be sent to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) morgue, the police official said.
