China finished building an emergency hospital set up specifically to tackle the Wuhan coronavirus. It only took 10 days. Bangladesh is going to build a hospital-like China's Leishenshan Hospital in the Capital's Tejgaon area.

It is learned that Sheikh Bashir Uddin, Managing Director (MD) AKIJ GROUP, one of the top corporate organizations of the country is building this hospital on two bighas of land in Tejgaon.

It is reported that the construction work of the hospital will be completed by the next week and the medical equipment will be installed by two weeks. The hospital will give free treatment to coronavirus patients.

Sheikh Bashir Uddin said I am spending a very busy time in building the hospital. In this bad situation of the country, it is better to act than to speak. So I want to finish the work first and want everyone's help.

More than  540,000 people infected while 127,000 people worldwide have recovered from COVID-19, while more than 25,044 people have died, including 1,288 in the US. Italy has the highest death toll with more than 8,200 deaths.
