Misinformation and rumors about how to respond to coronavirus are spreading online. Search engine Google is removing these rumors or misinformation.

Google says videos on YouTube that contain incorrect information about coronavirus are being removed. Even the websites that are spreading fake news about coronavirus, the search engine is removing the content from the search list. All apps related to the coronavirus are already being blocked from the Play Store.

Google has also urged its users to work from home to stop the spread of coronavirus. Google launched ‘SOS Alert for Coronavirus Services’ a joint venture with the World Health Organization to alert consumers about the coronavirus. Wherever Google and Twitter search for anything related to the coronavirus, the World Health Organization’s safety tips, and information are also available.
