Christina Koch, a US astronaut, returns back home after a record-breaking event of astonishing 328 days in the space station.
The 41-year-old astronaut returns to Kazakhstan with fellow astronauts on Thursday. She left the in March last year and after 328 consecutive days or about 11-month mission, she returned.
Earlier, Peggy Whitson had the record of staying in space for 288 days. Meanwhile, Peggy Whitson has the record of staying in the space for 665 days overall.
