China becomes the happiest nation on Earth

With 93% score China has become the happiest country on the earth according to to the online survey done by Ipsos while the country is followed by Netherlands and Saudi Arabia respectively.
The world’s third largest market research company, Ipsos surveyed over 19,000 people in 27 markets globally between the age of 16 and 74.
“The happiness leader in 2020 is China, where 93% say they are happy, up 11 percentage points from last year,” says the poll analysis, released Monday.
“The only country showing a significant increase in happiness since 2011 is China,” the analysis notes.
Among the toppers Netherlands is carrying 81%, Saudi Arabia 80%, France and Canada 78%, Australia 77% score to be placed second, third, fourth and fifth in the list respectively.
However, India ranks 13 in a global survey on happiness for 2020 as a total of 66% people in the country saying they were happy despite the coronavirus pandemic devastating the economy.
