Cauliflower 1 piece, half cup of yogurt, cashew nuts 1 tablespoon, garam masala powder 1 teaspoon, coconut powder 2 tablespoons, half cup of jayetri powder, cardamom powder half teaspoon, Sweet perfume 1 drop, turmeric powder 1 teaspoon, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, salt to taste, oil as required.
Firstly, heat the cauliflower with a little turmeric powder, salt. Heat a little oil in the pan and fry the cauliflower in underwater oil mix well with all the ingredients. After that, cover the pan and keep it for sometimes. Then sprinkle the sweet perfume drop on top and serve as your choice.
