It has been reported that the case against the actress has been filed under sections 108, 153A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Lawyer L Ramesh Naik alleged that Kangana had hurt him in the tweet on September 21. The Judicial Magistrate First Class Court of Tumakuru directed the police to file an FIR (initial report) based on his allegations on October 9.
What did Kangana exactly write on Twitter?
“People who spread misinformation and rumours about CAA that caused riots are the same people who are now spreading misinformation about farmers bill and causing terror in the nation, they are terrorists. You very well know what I said but simply like to spread misinformation.”
