CU students to get SIM cards for Tk 10

The administration of Chattogram University (CU) announced to provide students with SIM cards for Tk 10 as the attendance is less than half in online classes while the physical classes had shut due to coronavirus.
Earlier, the first phase of data collection for providing free mobile data to all students with the university's own funding ended on October 17. Which is currently in the verification stage.
It is reported that in the interest of CU VC Prof Dr Shirin Akhter Robi Axiata Limited has decided to give SIM cards at a cost of Tk 10 to the interested students of the university.
However, in the view of Vice-Chancellor's interest in providing free mobile data to all students and the decision to give Robi SIM for Tk 10, it has been decided to collect information from the interested students in the second phase.
Students of CU will be able to collect SIM for Tk 10 from any Robi Walk-in Center in Bangladesh by showing ID Card / University Admission Receipt and National Identity Card / Birth Registration Certificate and provide information within the stipulated time through the previous link (given below).
However, there is no need to re-enter the information of the students who have registered in the 1st step. If a student wants to modify the information provided earlier (Robi Mobile Number, Student ID, National ID, etc.), he or can do so by SIGN IN the registered email through the same link.
