Businessman slaughtered in Netrokona, another missing

A businessman was slaughtered by miscreants in Kalmakanda Upazila of Netrokona. His throat-slit body was recovered from a ditch near Kalaikandi School on Saturday morning. 

The deceased was identified as Md Milon Miah, son of Md Kalachan Miah of the area. He was a cloth merchant by profession and an agent of bKash. 

Meanwhile, another businessman named Shahjahan, son of Md. Mujibur Rahman of the same village went missing. He used to do mobile recharge business.

Local UP member Md. Suraj Ali said that the throat-slit body of Milan Miah was recovered from a ditch located behind his shop. On the other hand, his bloody clothes, lungi and sandals have been found near Shahjahan residence. But there is no trace of him. They were the best friend to each other.  

Kalamkanda OC Md Majharul Karim said that the body will be recovered and sent to the morgue for autopsy.
