Bus falls into fish farm while trying to overtake truck, kills 2

Two people were killed as a bus plunged into a fish farm while trying to overtake a truck in Bhairabnagar area on Satkhira-Khulna highway in Satkhira.
Besides, 15 others were injured in the incident. Three of them have been admitted to Satkhira Sadar Hospital.
The accident took place around 8:30 am on Sunday. The Satkhira-bound bus coming from Khulna fell into a fish farm while trying to overtake a truck.
One of the deceased was identified as Rampad Mandal of Shyamnagar Upazila in Satkhira.
Patkelghata police station sub-inspector Shahin Hossain said three injured people have been sent to Satkhira Sadar Hospital. The bus was recovered.
