Bulbul likely to cross Bangladesh Sunday morning

Cyclone ‘Bulbul’ is likely to cross Bangladesh on Sunday morning being weakened after hitting Sundarbans coast, the Met Office said.
The information was given at a press conference at the Meteorological Department on early Sunday.
According to the press conference, around 3 am-4 am at midnight or in the early morning, the cyclone will cross the country. During this time, moderate to heavy or very heavy rains are likely to fall in different parts of the country due to the effect of the cyclone. As a result, there is also the possibility of tidal surge from 5 to 7 feet higher than the normal.
Earlier, the cyclone hit the Dobla Chars of the Sharankhola Range of the Sundarbans at a speed of 100 to 120 km on Saturday night around 10 pm.
