Bosila militant den raid: Probe report on Nov 18

The court has set November 18 to submit the probe report in a case lodged over law enforcement agencies’ raid in a militant den in capital’s Mohammadpur Bosila area on April 29.
On Thursday, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Ziaur Rahman passed the order as the investigation officer of the case failed to submit the report.
Two militants were killed in the suicide blast as members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) surrounded their hideout in the Metro Housing area in Bosila at around 5:00 am on April 29.
RAB detained three persons from the scene.
Later on that day, RAB-2 senior warrant officer Md Abdullah filed the case under the anti-terrorism act with capital’s Mohammadpur Police Station.
