Biman Bangladesh Airlines again announced to shut down all international flights except flights to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and London until July 30, the information was given in the notice section on the website of Biman Bangladesh Airlines on Saturday.
It said flights to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia have been shut down till August 31. Besides, all international flights except flights to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and London will be postponed until July 30.
Although the website did not give a reason for the flights shut down, it is believed that the flight was canceled due to a passenger crisis caused by the coronavirus.
The flight will be announced later, the airline said.
The announcement came within a few days of the launch of limited flights on international routes.
Meanwhile, Biman informed on Friday that the state flag carrier airline will operate a flight from Dhaka to Toronto, the city of Canada in October this year.
