Bimal Biswas, an influential politburo member and also the former general secretary of Workers Party Bangladesh (WPB) withdrawn the party’s key-membership due to ethical conflict at the party.

Sources informed, Bimal Biswas made the allegation of anti-ideal activities in the party, undermining policy in the name of tactics, undemocratic practices in the name of democracy against the management. And he then took the decision following these issues.

Meanwhile, Bimal Biswas made this membership withdrawn through a letter sent to the party’s president Rashed Khan Menon and General Secretary Fazle Hossain Badsha on Tuesday.

Regarding this matter, Bimal Biswas informed that he made this decision of membership withdrawal due to the deviations of its main leadership.
