Bayern Munich have placed into their first Champions League final since 2013 as the German side beat Olympique Lyon 3-0 in Lisbon to qualify for their eleventh European final on Wednesday.
A first-half double from Serge Gnabry helped Bayern to secure an emphatic 3-0 win over Olympique Lyonnais while Lewandowski's towering header from a free-kick (88) found the net, his 55th goal of the season.
A couple of missed chances early on cost Lyon its chance of challenging Bayern Munich and ended up losing 3-0.
"Even if we can be proud of our run and the match we played today, of course were disappointed," Lyon coach Rudi Garcia said. "We didn't have any luck at the start of the match because we had the two biggest chances."
"We should have been ahead, Garcia added. We had a sentiment of injustice that set us back, even if we didn't give up in the second half."
Serge Gnabry scored twice for Bayern Munich in the 17th and 33rd minute, before Robert Lewandowski scored two minutes to the end of the game.
The German giant have not lost a Champions League game all season while making victories 24 of their last 25 matches in all competitions.
Bayern will bid for their sixth European Cup triumph against PSG on Sunday.
