Bashundhara, Wari lockdown

Police have locked down a building on the B-block of the road No.5 at Bashundhara residential area in the capital. They claim that the building was locked down under the direction of IEDCR. No one is being let out.
Gulshan Division Deputy Commissioner of Police Sudip Chakraborty confirmed the information. He said a woman was infected with coronavirus in a building there. She is currently undergoing treatment at Kuwait-Bangladesh Friendship Government Hospital.
Meanwhile, a building in the Wari area in the capital was locked down, DC Shah Iftekhar of the Wari Division Police confirmed.
He said a coronavirus infected had died in the building where the lockdown had taken place. That's why the IEDCR has instructed the building to lockdown. Police are on guard in the area. The movement of people has also been stopped.
