Bangladesh to get Oxford COVID-19 vaccine by February

Bangladesh could get 30 million doses of Oxford Corona vaccine by February, said Health Secretary Mohammad Abdul Mannan.
He said the government has made all kinds of preparations including allocating money for this.
He said this while exchanging views with government officials and people’s representatives at Kishoreganj Sadar Upazila Parishad Milanayatan on Saturday noon.
Deputy Commissioner Md Sarwar Murshed Chowdhury, Civil Surgeon Dr. Mujibur Rahman, Additional Superintendent of Police Mizanur Rahman, Mayor Mahmud Parvez, Upazila Parishad Chairman Mamun Al Masud Khan, Sadar Upazila Executive Officer Md Abdul Qadir Bhuiyan, and others were present at the time.
Earlier, on the last day of the Vitamin A Plus campaign; Health Secretary Mohammad Abdul Mannan distributed vitamin A capsules to the children in the Upazila Parishad meeting room.
