Bangladesh need 149 runs to win the three-match ODI series as West Indies are bundled out 148 runs in the 2nd ODI at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in the capital on Friday.
After winning the toss, West Indies decided to bat first. But the Bangladeshi bowlers keep them under pressure from the very beginning of the innings.
They lose five important wickets before scoring fifty runs as Mustafizur stormed the visitors at the beginning of the match.
After the seamer attack, spinner Miraz hit two pairs in a row. Besides, Shakib also took a wicket. Hasan Mahmud also joins the party later.
West Indies batsman Rovman Powell is the highest run-scorer for his team, scored 41 off 65. Opener Kjorn Ottley scored 24 off 44.
For Bangladesh Mehidy Hasan Miraz picked up four wickets in 9.4 overs conceding just 25 runs. Mustafizur Rahman and Shakib Al Hasan picked up two wickets for each while Hasan Mahmud picked up one.
