BUET VC at campus in students protest

Vice-Chancellor of Bangladesh Engineering University (BUET), Dr. Saiful Islam has come to the campus in students' protest. BUET students are demonstrating for the second consecutive day demanding justice for the killing of their fellow student Abrar Fahad.
He entered the campus around 4:30 pm on Tuesday. He entered into the campus through the gate near the central mosque to avoid the attention of the students. VC's personal secretary (PS) Kamrul Hasan confirmed the matter.
He said VC sir is in the office. He is in the meeting with the deans and department heads.
Earlier, eight points demanded from the students - why the VC of the university did not come to the spot even after spending 30 hours, he had to come to campus and be accountable by 5 pm.
Earlier, five names were proposed from the students to discuss with the agitating students demanding justice for the murder of Abrar Fahad. University's Student welfare professor Mizanur Rahman proposed that on behalf of VC.
He told the students that the Vice-Chancellor sought the names of the five delegations to discuss the demands of the students. However, it was reported that the students did not agree to send a separate delegation to the discussion.
