Awami League presidium member Matia Chowdhury today claimed that BNP is enjoying the benefits of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's development.
She made the comment at a protest rally in front of the Awami League's political office on Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital on Monday.
Matia Chowdhury said Bangladesh is moving forward under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina. She has given us the gift of Digital Bangladesh. Unless digital Bangladesh, the people of the country could not communicate in Corona. And the leaders and workers of BNP are also enjoying the benefits of the development of Sheikh Hasina's Digital Bangladesh. So we all follow the path shown by Bangabandhu like Sheikh Hasina.
She added that the BNP has chosen the path of conspiracy after failing in everything. There will be no gain by conspiracy. Because the people of the country are by the side of Sheikh Hasina.
Awami League presidium member Jahangir Kabir Nanak said those who are conspiring against the country are BNP and Ziaur Rahman's geist. Ziaur Rahman rehabilitated the defeated forces of the liberation war. Therefore, the title of Ziaur Rahman should be canceled.
Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud said that Ziaur Rahman wasted the remnants of power. Now conspiracies are being hatched in the country and abroad. All leaders and activists must be vigilant against that conspiracy.
Dhaka Metropolitan South Awami League President Abu Ahmad Monnafi presided over the meeting. Joint General Secretary of the party's Central Committee AFM Bahauddin Nasim, Cultural Affairs Secretary Asim Kumar Ukil, Dhaka Metropolitan South Awami League General Secretary Humayun Kabir and Joint General Secretary Manush Mordesh Kamal, Mohiuddin Mohi, Miraj Ahmed, Organizing Secretary Akhter Hossain, Golam Sarwar Kabir, Office Secretary Riazuddin Riaz and others were present.
