Azharuddin faces fatal road crash

Mohammad Azharuddin, the legendary cricketer in the history of Indian cricket, has survived a horrific road accident recently. His car wrecked on the highway in that accident. However, the most discussed Indian cricketer survived without any injuries.
According to Indian media reports, Azharuddin’s car crashed at a place near Surwal in Rajasthan. He was going to Ranthambore from Jaipur. Although he was unharmed, another person along with him was injured.
Azhar himself is tweeted about the accident. The former cricketer wrote, “I had a minor accident today and I am well and safe by the grace of Allah. Thanks for all the concern.”
Meanwhile, police officials of Surwal police station said that the wrecked vehicle and the injured have been rescued safely. Arrangements have been made to send Azhar to the ceremony in another vehicle.
Azharuddin has played 99 Tests for India. Under his leadership, Team India reached the semi-finals of the 1996 World Cup.
