Law enforcement is keeping an eye on the disappearance of the Islamic scholar Abu Taha Mohammad Adnan. The mystery of his disappearance will be revealed, said Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal.
He was speaking to reporters after concluding a six-month basic training parade of Ansar and Battalion Ansar of the Village Defense Forces at Safipur in Gazipur on Wednesday morning.
The minister said whoever is breaking the law, whether it is a resort or a bar, is being brought under the law and will be brought in the future as well.
Earlier, the Home Minister was the chief guest at a function held at the parade ground of Ansar-VDP Academy and gave directions to the Ansar members.
Mostafa Kamal Uddin, Senior Secretary of the Public Safety Division of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Mizanur Rahman Shamim, director general of Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Forces were present on the occasion.
The Home Minister greeted the trainees on the salutation stage and inspected the parade. 979 newly recruited battalion Ansar participated in the concluding parade after receiving 6 months of basic training. Home Minister presented crests and prizes to 3 of them.
