A different kind of Holy Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated all over the country including the capital amidst the prevailing situation of coronavirus. After a month-long fasting in the holy month of Ramadan, the devout Muslims of the country have performed Eid prayers in the hope of gaining Allah’s pleasure.

In other years, Eid Jamaat is held at Eidgah ground, but this time prayers have been organized in the mosque. Besides, it has been asked to perform prayers keeping social distance, no Eid hugging at the end of prayers, and not shaking hands. A special prayer has been offered to get rid of the deadly virus at the end of the prayers.
