83pc of coronavirus patients only in Dhaka: DGHS

The highest number of people infected with coronavirus in the country is in the Dhaka division – which is about 83.07 percent of the total cases.
DGHS Additional Director General (administration) Professor Dr. Nasima Sultana shared the information joining the daily health bulletin of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) online on Saturday.
Of the infected cases – 4.6 percent in Chattogram division, 1.57 percent in Sylhet division, 1.40 percent in Rangpur division, 2.20 percent in Khulna division, 3.71 percent in Mymensingh division, 1.69 percent in Barishal division, and 1.53 percent in Rajshahi division, said the DGHS Additional Director General.
Informing the actual way to prevent coronavirus to maintain social distance, Dr. Nasima Sultana said, “World Health Organization (WHO) is also constantly advising people to maintain social distance. So, if we maintain this, it is possible to reduce the infection very easily.”
