8 Indian nationals extradited

Detained eight Indian nationals have been returned to BSF at Ramgarh border. They were handed over at the BGB-BSF flag meeting on Saturday noon. Six of them were schoolgirls.

The detainees are - Ram Progh Mog, Moni Mog, Kunika Mog, Ithuong Mog, Yoshaong Mog, Chhingbai Mog, Rahul Mog, Akhrai Mogini. The detained girls are class nine and class ten students of South Tripura Belunia Shanti Bazar Baik Hara Girls' School and Vaishnava Pur Hi High School in Sabroom Sub-division in India.

Subedar Mohammad Zainuddin, commander of Ramgarh 43 BJP, said that the BGB and BSF companies were handed over the eight Indian nationals along with six Indian schoolgirls to the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) through a flag meeting.

He also said that Ramgarh BOP Company Commander Mohammad Zainuddin led the BGB side while the team commander inspector Ran Wah of Kanthalchhari camp of South Tripura led the BSF.
