5 new coronavirus cases identified in country

Five more people have been infected with the deadly coronavirus in the country. With this, the total number of affected people stood at 44.
Dr. Meerjady Sabrina Flora, director of Institute of Epidemiology Disease Control and Research (IEDCR) told this at a live video conference on Thursday around 3:30 pm.
She said, four of the newly infected were between the 30 to 40-years-old. Another one is above 60.
All the newly infected are male, she also said. “One of them is an overseas-returnee. The sample of three – came in contact with him – were collected. Details are inquiring.”
Dr. Meerjady Sabrina Flora said there were 39 coronavirus cases before. Of them – four were recovered after treatment. With this, a total of 11 people recovered.
