42nd BCS postponed viva from Aug 10

A new date has been announced for the postponed oral examination of 42nd BCS (Special). The examination for the appointment of government doctors will start from August 10 and will continue till August 29.
This information has been given in a notification sent from Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) on Tuesday.
According to the notification, the 42nd BCS oral examination will be held on August 10 in two phases at 10 am and 2 pm following hygiene rules.
The BPSC says the viva of this BCS was suspended for the first time on May 18 due to the increase in COVID cases. Later, in another instruction, Viva was scheduled to start again from June 8 and run till July 13. But on June 22, Viva was postponed. The postponed exam will be held on August 10.
2000 Assistant Civil Surgeons (Physicians) will be appointed through BCS. The oral exam will be held on 100 marks.
