3,945 Yaba pills, 200gm hemp seized in Jashore

The members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) on Thursday seized 3,945 Yaba pills and 200 grams of hemp from a mango orchard in Agravullat village of Sharsha Upazila.
Commanding officer of BGB 21 Battalion Lt. Col. Imranullah Sarker said acting on a tip-off the team conducted a drive in the area around 1 pm.
They found a total of 3945 pieces of Yaba pills and 200 grams of hemp left abandoned in a polythene bag in the orchard, he said.
A case was filed with Sharsha Police Station in this connection, he added.
