35 new COVID-19 patients detected at RpMC

35 more people have tested positive for COVID-19 after a new 188 samples test at the PCR lab of Rangpur Medical College (RpMC), in last 24 hours. Among them, 25 are from the Rangpur district.
RpMC Principal Professor Dr. A.K.M. Nurunnobi Lyzu has confirmed the matter on Monday afternoon.
Among the newly identified 25 are from Rangpur, six from Gaibandha, two from Kurigram, and two from Lalmonirhat.
Dr. Nurunnobi Lyzu said, of the newly identified of Rangpur city and district, one from Balapara of Sadar, three members of Rangpur district police, a staff of Rangpur Medical RTI corner, one from Dhap Sagarpara, one from Mandulpara, a member of metropolitan police, one of Lalkuthir, a BRAC Bank official, four RAKUB member, one from Mithapukur, one from Pirganj, two from Pirgacha, two from Kaunia, two from Ganggachra, and two of Haragach hospital.
So far, the Rangpur district has reported 1277 infected cases; of them, 846 recovered and 21 died.
