3 more Pakistani cricketers test Covid-19 positive

Three more players of the Pakistan cricket team in New Zealand have tested positive for coronavirus.
The team of the 53-member squad are now in New Zealand for playing a T20I and a Test series. Six members of the squad tested positive on November 24 when the team arrived in New Zealand from Pakistan and began its compulsory 14-day stay in managed isolation. The seventh member tested positive on Friday when players and officials again were tested on the third day of their isolation period.
All members of the Pakistan touring squad were tested on four occasions before leaving Lahore and had returned negative results. They left Fakhar Zaman out of the tour as a precautionary measure after he was down with fever before the departure.
The tour was originally set to begin with the T20I series, which was scheduled to start on 18 December. Two Tests in Mount Maunganui (December 26-30) and Christchurch (January 3-7) were scheduled post that. - ICC Cricket, AP
