There are many traditional foods that are cooked without onions. Where there are conventional ideas, cooking without onions would not be good. We can't even think of cooking without onions. Let’s know three delicious traditional recipes without onions-

Climbing fish with cabbage:

Ingredients: 3 to 4 fishes, one cup of cabbage spun, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder, one teaspoon of coriander powder, one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of chilli powder, half teaspoon of hot spice powder, dried chilli 2, salt as taste, ghee 2 teaspoon, oil as need.

 

Climbing fish with cabbage

Method: First, boil the cabbage lightly and drain the water. Then fry the fishes properly. Soak bay leaf and pepper with oil in a pan. Now add garlic powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and marinate it. Once marinate, cover with cabbage and cover it. When marinated, cook it with fried fishes. Now pour the ghee and hot spice powder on it. Serve delicious climbing fish roast with cabbage.

Egg korma with coconut milk:

Ingredients: four to five boiled eggs, one cup of coconut milk, 2 cardamoms, 2 bay leaf, 1 teaspoons of garlic paste, half a teaspoon of ginger paste, one teaspoon of chili powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder, coriander powder one teaspoon, Hot spice powder half a teaspoon, raw pepper four to five, oil as need, salt as taste.

 

Egg korma with coconut milk

Recipe: Heat the oil in the pan first and fry the eggs. Now add the cardamom, ginger powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to taste. When cooked, pour coconut milk. After some time, leave the eggs on it. pour down the hot spice powder. Then serve egg Korma with brad or porota.

Prawn with pistachio paste:

Ingredients: half a kg of Prawn, one teaspoon of ginger paste, one teaspoon of garlic paste, half a cup of pistachio paste, one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of chilli powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder, coriander powder one teaspoon, hot spice powder, raw chilli 2 to 3, bay leaf 1, dried pepper 2, salt as taste, oil as need.

 

Prawn with pistachio paste

Method: Place the pan in the oven and fry the prawn with oil. Now boil the ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, pistachio paste and salt as taste oil as need. When marinated, leave those fried prawns on it and then cook for 5 minutes covered. Now serve with green-chilli.
