Three cricketers of the Bangladesh Emerging Team were injured as their car carrying 7 cricketers collided with a passenger bus in front of the Jahangirnagar University on Wednesday evening.

The incident took place on the way back to Dhaka from Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP). Later, they returned to the BCB Academy building in Mirpur at night with first aid at Savar.

After all the check-ups on Thursday morning, the doctor said the three cricketers are now out of danger.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh Emerging Team left the field with a win in the second match of the Emerging Series against Sri Lanka Emerging Team cricketers at BKSP on Wednesday. They leveled the three-match series.

The series determined match will be played on Wednesday at Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna.
