276 expat Bangladeshis fly for Italy

276 Bangladeshi expatriates stranded in the country due to coronavirus have left for Rome, Italy on a special flight of the Biman Bangladesh Airlines at around 12:00 pm on Thursday.
The information was confirmed by Tahera Khandar, Deputy General Manager (Public Relations) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines at noon.
She said Bangladeshi nationals with resident permits in Italy can fly to the country on special flights. They have taken the coronavirus negative certificate from the Diagnostic Centre, set up by the Italian Embassy in Dhaka.
A total of 1,372 expatriates returned to Italy on five flights.
