1st Bangladeshi woman in US mainstream politics

Bangladeshi originated American politician Badrunnahar Khan Mita is going to participate in the race for the Democratic primary of the United States House of Representative Congressional Districts, 34 New York, as the first Bangladeshi woman in the country’s mainstream politics.
The politician holds a news conference in this regard on Monday, January 24, 2020, at Bengali-speaking Jackson Heights’ Ettady hall in New York.
The young Bangladeshi-originated American politician Badrunnahar Khan Mita is going to participate in the competition on June 24 this year as the first Bengali woman.
