1,13,015 SSC examinees in Sylhet

About 1,13,015 students are taking part in SSC and equivalent examinations, starting from February 2, under Sylhet Education Board. 

The number of examinees increased to 3,783 compared to last year. Last year, there were 1,09,232 examinees.

Sylhet Education Board exam controller Kabir Ahmed said, “To prevent question leakage, the question will be sent to the center in security envelope through Treasury to ‘Day Wari’, 30 minutes before the SSC exam.”  

He also said, “Besides, 25 minutes before the start of the examination, the district administration and UNO tag officers will set the question set.”

“All the preparations for the SSC and equivalent exams were completed. Form fill-up process is going on as some students couldn't fill the form within the due date. The number of examinees may increase further,” added exam controller Kabir Ahmed. 

Professor Abdul Kuddus, Chairman of Sylhet Education Board said that 4 Vigilance Teams have been formed on behalf of the Board. Besides, more than 30 Vigilance Team will work in the field to monitor the exam centers in each district.
