10th-grader kills classmate in UP school, shoots him thrice

A tenth-grader student shot dead his classmate when they argued over seat-plan on Thursday at Bulandshahr district in Uttar Pradesh, confirmed the police.
According to police, the two boys, both aged 14, fought over seats in the class on Wednesday. One of them became infuriated that he got his uncle’s gun to school and shot the other one dead on Thursday morning. – reports NDTV
About this, senior police officer Santosh Kumar Singh said, “The two fought about sit-plan in class yesterday. The accused went home and stole a licensed revolver belonging to his uncle and shot dead the other student.”
“The accused was taken into custody from the spot,” the police officer also said.
“The police found another country-made pistol in his bag,” said Santosh Kumar Singh, mentioning that he was “determined to carry out the shooting”.
It is learned that the accused shot his classmate thrice in the head, the chest and stomach, resulting in the victim’s spot dead.
After the shooting, the boy tried to flee and fired empty bullet rounds to discourage others from catching him, however, teachers managed to capture him and took his gun away. They later called the police and took him into custody.
