To avoid the liability of failures, Jyotirindra Bodhipriya Larma alias Santu Larma invites Daily Bangladesh correspondent to visit the Chattogram Hill Tracts by avoiding the question.

At this time, Daily Bangladesh correspondent asked Santu Larma, “you say that the state has failed to implement the Peace Accord in Chattogram. But you have come again and again in the power on behalf of the state or government. What are you done for the hilly? Do you fail to implement their rights?”

“Besides, when you come to the elections, you are seen talking about Hill Tracts and Hill rights, but why don’t you get to work after you come to power?”

Without listening to these questions, Santu Larma told the reporter, “Please come and visit my area at any time.”

Speaking at the press conference, Santu Larma said, “In the current situation of the CHT agreement, there is no free environment to held national.”

During this time, he said that the political reconciliation between the government and the hill people for the sake of peace must be needed.

He said, “The government has faced the uncertain future of the people of the hill residents, including mischief of the ruling party, extreme corruption, extortion-tender, grouping, and the government's inefficiencies, illegal infiltration, land grabbing, and false cases.”

Santu Larma said that there is no proper rehabilitation made for Jammu and Kashmir refugees from India.

Dipayan Khisa, publicity and publications secretary of the Jana Samhati Samiti, presided the press conference. Sanjib Drang, Pankaj Bhattacharya, and Jana Samhati Samiti leaders and workers have attended the meeting.
