Sena Kalyan Sangstha (SKS), a welfare trust business organization is looking for energetic, experienced, promising and proactive personnel for the following positions:

Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer

Job Description/ Responsibility:

Will work as assistant to GM /DGM (Accounts)
Perform Task related with Cash Management.
Will maintain and supervise the works of clerical staff and their filing works and daily updates of Ledgers & Registers.
Will make routine Correspondences timely & effectively.
Will maintain books of accounts correctly and timely.
Will check loan accounts of the employees.
Will keep constant liaison and co-operation with all units and Divisions of Head Office.
Preparation of monthly accounts i.e. trial balance etc.
Preparation and maintenance of Head Office Accounts and compiling of monthly & annual accounts/ statements.
Comparison of SKS budget with actual.
Coordinate with of provident fund accounts.
Checking of day vouchers for payment from Head Office.
He will issue debit/credit notes against current accounts with project.
He will issue loan statement to all projects against loan accounts.
He will realize loans from units and will prepare a complete schedule showing repayment.
Will calculate interest on loan given to project on product basis system.
He will complete and arrange deductions of income tax of the tax payee employee of the Sangstha.
Scrutinizing the periodical returns/statements of accounts of projects and submit to Head of Finance/ GM /DGM/ Manager (Accounts).
Any other job assigned by Head of Finance/GM/DGM/Manager Accounts/Dy. Manager Accounts.

Education:

Masters in Accounting or Finance/ MBA major in Accounting or Finance

Experience:

Minimum one year practical experience in similar position in Manufacturing Concern.
Candidates having more experience will get preference.

Additional Job Requirements:

Age should be between 30 to 35 years.
Candidate having any third-class or third division or equivalent grade in any academic result should not apply for this position.
Should have Problem-solving skill, time management skill, assertiveness skill, honesty and dedication.
Good understanding of book-keeping, basic understanding of accounting entries and their impact on financial statement.
Good communication skill, ICT Skills & interpersonal skill, good computer skill, ability to work under stressful environment.
Qualification and experience are relax-able in case of retired armed forces personnel having Masters of Commerce in Accounting or finance with Bachelor of Commerce.

Salary, Incentives & Allowances: Pay scale & other allowances will be fixed based on the experience, skills and educational qualification of the deserving candidates.
